The Marpac 105 is a paediatric, one-piece tracheostomy tube holder that fits an 8 to 12-inch neck. The holder has narrowed ends to the holder body. These ends thread the tube flange to avoid rubbing of the velcro in the eyelets/skin, whilst acting as a cushioning pad for the tracheostomy tube eyelets.
