KURZ® CliP Partial Dresden Type

Standardised coupling
One of the key features of the KURZ® CliP Partial Dresden is the ability to provide standardised coupling to the stapes head. KURZ once again pioneered this kind of safety feature and for over a decade it has remained the market leader. This is not by chance!
The spring-loaded clip offers a gentle, but secure fit onto the stapes head. This stable coupling helps enhance safety and creates the platform for a good postoperative outcome. This stability is of particular importance during cases where more extensive tympanic membrane reconstruction is required.
The original and still the best
The innovative CliP design was pioneered by Kurz in Germany and for over a decade its benefits have been presented in numerous scientific studies confirming it’s superior handling and patient outcomes.
Like all KURZ implants the CliP Partial Dresden has been designed to simulate the fine biological structures of the ossicular chain.
KURZ continue to dedicate themselves to this challenge by creating new, precise manufacturing processes that enable them to produce prosthesis with extremely fine geometries that continue to push back the boundaries and set the standards ossiculoplasty prosthetics.
Made from Pure Titanium (ASTM F67 Medical Grade) the Clip Partial Dresden is available in lengths 1.75-3.5mm (in .25mm increments) offering a functional length of 0.75-2.50mm, see video demonstration in videos ta
