AC^sizer System Single-Use Sizers

Accurate sizing plays a critical role in hearing outcomes in ossiculoplasty. To help achieve consistently accurate measurement Kurz developed the single-use AC Sizer system.

Features

Made of polypropyleneAC ^Sizer Disk Partial:

• Sizers ranging from 1.75 to 4.5 (in 0.25 increments)
• Integrated BELL expander for expanding the bell foot
• Templates and milimeter scale to determine the minimum size of transplant (e.g. cartilage or fascia) on the back of the disk
• Made of polypropylene
• Only for temporary length determination during surgery, not for implementation
• 10 sizer disks per dispenser box
• Disks are packed singly in sterile packaging

• Templates and milimeter scale to determine the minimum size of transplant (e.g. cartilage or fascia) on the back of the disk
• Made of polypropylene
• Only for temporary length determination during surgery, not for implementation
• 10 sizer disks per dispenser box
• Disks are packed singly in sterile packaging

Packed in a convenient dispenser of 10 sterile pieces, the sizers are a handy tool to have in the OR. Their lightweight and well balanced design makes for easy handling and good visibility.

Also, on the back of the disk is a template to determine the minimum size of cartilage/fascia graft required to cover the head plate. The Partial Sizer Disk also features a BELL expander to facilitate the expansion of the BELL prostheses.
