THE NEW CHALLACOMBE PATIENT REVIEW FORM

The Challacombe Scale Patient Review Form now makes it even easier to diagnose Dry Mouth, allowing clinicians to score symptoms observed directly onto The Scale during patient examination.

The Challacombe Scale works using an additive scoring system of 1- 10. Each feature, which can now be marked directly onto The Scale, scores 1 point. Symptoms may not necessarily progress in the order shown, but when added together will indicate a patients likely needs. Scores may change over time and can be used to monitor progression or regression.
